The apartment at Familie Graml offers step-free access and is fully equipped. The 85 m² accommodation features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating up to four people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, as well as children's books, toys, and a high chair. You have access to a spacious balcony with wonderful views. Ideal for families or vacationers; less suitable for workers, as there is no washing machine in the apartment. A shared outdoor area with garden and barbecue facilities is available. You can use the in-house Finnish sauna for an extra fee. There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles. The property has guidelines for correct waste separation; you will receive more information on site. Energy-saving lighting and partially photovoltaic-generated electricity contribute to a sustainable stay. Parking is available on the property and in front of the house. You can also charge electric cars at the in-house wallbox for an extra fee. Pets and smoking are not allowed inside the house. The apartment is in a quiet location with fantastic views. Nearby, you will find the Kropfmühl visitor mine with underground tours (2 km) and the Granite Museum Hauzenberg (7 km). The city of Passau is about 25 km away, the Bavarian Forest National Park about 35 km, and Lake Lipno about 40 km. In winter, it is a 30-minute drive to the Hochficht ski area.
